About Levhands
- What is Levhands?
- Levhands is a handmade jewelry brand based in Singapore. We make every piece by hand in our own studio and run hands-on jewelry making workshops in the same space, at 18 Sin Ming Lane in Midview City.
- What materials do you work with?
- Mostly imported Japanese glass seed beads and 925 sterling silver. The seed beads are evenly sized and hold their colour, and every silver piece is hand-forged and polished, so it keeps its own marks. The exact materials for a given piece are listed in its product description.
Buying a piece
- Are the one-of-a-kind pieces really the only one?
- Yes. A piece marked one-of-a-kind has a stock of exactly one, and adding it to your cart locks it so nobody else can buy it. Once it sells, it is gone for good — we do not remake them.
- Can I return or exchange something?
- Unused, non-one-of-a-kind pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. One-of-a-kind and custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, because there is no second one to swap it for.
- Do you offer gift wrapping?
- Yes — message us on WhatsApp with your order number after checking out and we will wrap it and leave the price off the packing slip. There is no extra charge.
Delivery & payment
- How long does delivery take?
- Local delivery within Singapore arrives 2–3 business days after you order. You will get an email with tracking as soon as the parcel goes out.
- Do you ship outside Singapore?
- Not through the website yet — checkout is Singapore-only for now. If you want a piece sent overseas, message us on WhatsApp with the item and your address and we will quote the postage.
- Can I collect my order from the studio?
- Yes. Order as usual, then message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange a pickup time at 18 Sin Ming Lane #07-01, Midview City.
- What payment methods can I use?
- Credit and debit cards, and PayNow. Payment runs through the Airwallex secure checkout, so your card details never touch our site. PayNow confirmations can take a few seconds to land.
Workshops
- Do I need any experience to join a workshop?
- No. Every class is labelled beginner, intermediate or advanced on its page, and beginner classes assume you have never made jewelry before. Start there and you will finish with a piece you can wear.
- Do I need to bring materials or tools?
- No — materials and tools are included in the class price. Just bring yourself. If you would rather work with a specific bead or stone you already own, bring it along and we will build the piece around it.
- How many people are in a class?
- Classes are small — usually 6 to 8 people, so everyone gets hands-on time. Each session on a course page shows exactly how many seats are left.
- Can I cancel a booking?
- You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before the session starts, from your account. Inside 24 hours the seat is no longer refundable, because the materials for your spot are already prepared.
- Can I move my booking to another date?
- Message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your session and we will move you to any other date with a free seat, at no charge.
- Where are the workshops held?
- All classes run at our studio, 18 Sin Ming Lane #07-01, Midview City, Singapore 573960. It is a few minutes from Bishan and Marymount MRT, and the unit is on the seventh floor.
